I haven’t been keeping track at all of what I’ve been eating lately. But I do plan to get back to that. I finally got around to walking on the gazelle today. I did it for 15 minutes and clocked 1.4 miles. It is small, but I was sweating like an athlete. I hope the more sweat means the more fat off. I think I can do 15 minutes a day for a few days. Once I can do that without feeling like my knees are too weak to stand after, then I will increase my time.
I went to visit my sister on Saturday. We mostly hung out and didn’t do anything major. Although, I did make it to a hair salon and I got a new perm! I kinda like it. It’s fairly curly. I’ll try really hard to remember to take a picture soon and post it. Feel free to remind me if you really want to see one. I tend to forget stuff. We also went to a karaoke bar for her friend’s birthday. That was much less fun for me. But my sister seemed to have a good time. She saw a lot of her friends there and danced and cheered on the singers.
I need to seriously clean my bedroom. It is the messiest room in my house. Which is saying a lot actually. Shit seems to just accumulate in here. I need to start downstairs though. People see downstairs. I need to get some hefty bags or some good-sized boxes and do a huge charity clean-out. I have way too much stuff. For instance, about 8 years ago, I thought I wanted to get into embroidery. So, I bought a bunch of patterns and paraphernalia. Then I started going to college instead and never actually did the embroidery. I recently gave the thread/floss away, but I have a large basket full of other embroidery stuff that I have no use for. I have no intention now of ever getting into that. So, I should finally ditch those things instead of continuing to hang onto them.
I think I can. I think I can. I think I can.

Big black grass bags get the job done in my house. When I can’t stand the sh*t one minute longer I feel no guilt about throwing everything out except coats and footwear.
