Last night I took 2 Tylenol PM before going to bed. Unfortunately, I was going to bed too late anyway. I took them at about 12:30 and got in bed at 1am. I slept great though. I got up reasonably well this morning and got the kids off to catch the bus. BUT the medication was still strong in my system and I went back to bed and slept all day. *sigh* I am going to try again tonight. I am only going to take 1 (one) and I am going to take it earlier, maybe 10:30.
The good news is I slept so much and feel well rested. This is kind of new for me lately 😉 The reason I chose the Tylenol PM is because it is a regular over the counter med that is in no way addictive. I just need a nudge to get to sleep. I do not need to be kept asleep. I sleep fine once I get there.
I watched an excellent movie last night called “Munich”. It was about a fictional retaliation by the Israeli’s in response to the murder of their Olympians. It was really really well done. The acting was great and the story was compelling. I had never heard of it before. Apparently it was nominated for Best Picture back in 2005 though. Plus, directed by Steven Spielberg. AND it had Eric Bana, whom I love, Daniel Craig, whom I love, and Geoffrey Rush, whom I love, in it! Eric looked great with his tousled curls and Daniel Craig was smoking hot in his jeans and his hair falling over his forehead. Geoffrey Rush was almost unrecognizable hiding behind a thick pair of black framed glasses and a short hair cut that totally disguised his head! There were a couple times in the movie where I teared up. It was thrilling and deep and, I don’t know, GO WATCH IT.
I know I keep promising to get back into writing my past some more, but I still haven’t quite gotten that next entry done. I have to talk about a failing marriage and a friendship that blossomed into something forbidden. I made a lot of mistakes and committed a few sins. It is hard to figure out how to write about it. I will do it, just be patient 😉
