I am thinking about implementing an exercise routine. I will talk about that a bit in my next post. Today, I thought I’d try it out. Kind of a test run. See if I am going to be able to do it. Nothing major.
I walked to the Griswold’s and back. I have no idea how far that is in measurable terms. Maybe half a mile? Maybe not. Took me 12 minutes round trip. I am worn the frak out! It is freezing fricking cold, too!
I wore a tank top, long-sleeved t-shirt and a sweatshirt. I wore socks, tennis shoes and sweatpants. And I wrapped a long fluffy scarf around my head. Really, after the first two minutes, only my nose was really cold. it never warmed up in the least. my fingertips were cool, but they would warm up when I retracted them inside my sleeves.
The walk felt grueling though! My claves ache now. My arches ached during the walk. My check bones hurt! Was I clenching my teeth? Not that I recall. Could that be from the cold? I have no idea. At the same time, I was sweating! I am exhausted!
That is my one exercise session for this week. I’ll try again next week.
