I made 58 of my 60 point goal this week! Better, definitely. I got in more fruits and vegetables. I made a huge effort to stick to one sweet a day. Which is almost always that damned Mocha Frappe that I am addicted to.
I didn’t get in much sweating. But, I start school today, and there is a gym on campus. I pay a fee each semester to support the gym already, it is calculated into the tuition stuff. So, I get to use the gym for “free” whenever I want. I am not going to go there today, but I am going to make a huge effort to go there at least one time this week. With my co-op work-out, that will make two sweating days. I really want to use the gym this semester. This is my 5th semester at KSU and I have only been to the gym for that PE/Health class I had in the spring.
I did better about eating something in the first 2 hours of being awake this past week too. I am going to continue to make that effort. With class at 11am three days a week, it should be pretty easy to get something in my stomach before leaving for school.
I feel better about the goals right now. I think I can do this.
