I just finished my 2 miles for today. I am worn the fuck out. I can’t seem to get the time down sufficiently. My “walk” is about half jogging now. I would do more than half, but my legs just get too tired to keep it up.

I ate at school again today. I was having to be on campus anyway. All day I had: a serving of black beans, ranchero beans, roasted sweet potatoes, asian coleslaw, pickled beets, zucchini au gratin, some black olives, some raw mushrooms, 3 pita triangles with some humus, half an avocado, half a pineapple, and a banana. Oh! I almost forgot, I had a small slice of what I thought was banana bread, but didn’t taste very banana like, it could have been pound cake, a cup of hot chocolate, and a bowl of spicy beef and mushroom soup with rice noodles in it.
I drank all the water I needed, plus some. I am worn to a nub. My husband and the kids are on their way home from the airport right now. They have been gone since Saturday morning. I have to go make sure there is something ready for them to eat. The kids are always hungry when they get in. Ugh. They will bring about 4 loads of dirty clothes with them, too. It can wait until tomorrow.
