So, I have done four days in a row on the gazelle. I am hoping to go seven days at 15 minutes a day and then up it to 20 minutes. I feel pretty good at 15. I am sweaty, but not exhausted. My legs were pretty sore after the first day, but by the time I stepped on the gazelle on day three, they felt fine. No soreness today at all. I think the gazelle is good because it is not just exercising my arms and legs, but is also cardio. I need to burn some fat, not only build some muscle.
This is rally all I gotta say today. This post is mostly a place-marker for me. I like to try to keep track of my progress.
