Alright! Making progress now. I still haven’t gone to the gym and done the strength stuff, but I hope to do it later today. They are open 24 hors, so I can go whenever I get my ass in gear.
I spent 30 minutes on the gazelle today! I went 3 miles in that time. That’s awesome to me. I know it isn’t really great or anything, but 2 weeks ago I was sitting on my butt and not going any miles at all.
I know the gazelle is easier than the treadmill and running on pavement. But, the counter says I burned over 300 calories anyway and the calories is a good thing to look at, right? I guess my legs will get toned some even if the rest of me hasn’t done any training this week
